About our resin bound drives work

Resin bound is laid as a continuous surface, so there are no joints for weeds to find and no blocks to work loose. It is applied at a proper depth over a suitable base, which is what gives it its strength underfoot and under vehicles.

Because the finished surface is porous, water drains through it rather than running off across the pavement, which keeps the driveway usable in heavy rain and helps with SuDS requirements.

There is a wide aggregate palette to choose from, so the finish can be matched to the stone and brickwork already on the property.

Resin bound is an area we have invested in heavily, and we lay it throughout Saltburn, Marske, Redcar, Skelton, Guisborough, Loftus and Middlesbrough. Because it is laid as a continuous surface it suits awkward shapes and narrow terraced frontages where block paving would mean a lot of cut edges.
